Burner system

50,000 BTUs burner system (Patent-Pending) with electronic START ignition. Power flow adjustability as need for best cooking function. This system allows power levels with a custom valve design allows for a low start point then up to high gas flow for max power. Designed is similar to what you would find in a commercial restaurant.
