This is an Impact Two Monolight Umbrella Softbox Kit (120 VAC). Each basic monolight in this kit has a digital readout coupled with its four-stop power variator. It accepts S-type monolight reflectors and head accessories. The VSD160 has cushioned touch-pad function control buttons. Power is adjustable in 1/10 stop increments, from full to 1/8 power. Its modeling light intensity may be controlled coupled to, or independent from the strobe power levels you select.

The Impact VSD160 is a good unit for occasional use by a hobbyist, or beginning professional. It is a good choice for building a system - its built-in optical slave fires the flash without wires, from the light of any other flash system. Its flashtube is good for tens of thousands of pops, and is replaceable.

The Luxbanx Medium Rectangular Softbox from Impact is an economical 24 x 32" light shaping tool for strobes that's ideal for small sets, single or dual portraits, half to three-quarter length fashion, and general product photography. The softbox features a soft white interior, removable front diffuser and removable inner baffle. The diffuser and baffle can be used together for maximum softening of the output. Removing the inner baffle will give you a more crisp light quality with higher contrast, while shedding the front and inner diffusers turns the Luxbanx into a large reflector with maximum brightness and contrast.

The versatile Luxbanx has an additional control via an optional fabric grid which mounts to the recessed lip of the softbox with touch-fasteners. The grid narrows and concentrates the light's beam forward, controlling spill and adding directional control to the Luxbanx's attributes. Every Luxbanx comes with a carrying case and a spare Flex Rod. Separate purchase of a speed ring that matches your strobe's mount is required for use. Impact makes models to fit most popular brands.

This aluminum Impact Air-Cushioned Light Stand rises to a height of 8' and folds down to 29.6". The stand has sure-twist section locks and 4 sections and will support up to 8 lb.

If you forget to tighten any section with your light mounted, the light slowly descends, thanks to the air-cushioned action. This useful feature saves equipment and fingers from harm during busy photo sessions.

The Speed Ring for Impact, Bowens S, Westcott & Aputure from Impact features indexed flex rod holes that allow you to effortlessly mount any square, rectangular, strip, or octagonal Luxbanx softbox to Impact, Bowens S, Westcott, and Aputure heads. The ring will also fit most other brands of softbox. The sturdy all-metal ring rotates 360 degrees to facilitate orientation or to clear obstacles in tight quarters. It has 3/8"-16 taps on two sides to allow mounting directly to grip gear such as Impact's Swivel Umbrella Adapter, 3 Section Double Articulated Arm, Super Clamp, and more.
