Process to start was easy. The shipping was fast after the verification of funds. Excellent shipping!!!!

Highly recommend, the process is quick and easy! Picking up at my local Best Buy and not having to wait for item to be shipped was amazing. Only suggestion would be to be able to exchange, I have had to wait a week to get another version of my original purchase. Would have been nice to return and have option to save my payment to go towards exchange.

The entire process was quick an easy. I even received my new laptop within 48 hours of my payment processing.

The only thing that needs improvement is being able to get someone on the phone that can truly help. And the timespan for response through email from leaseville isn’t good either. Needs a lot of improvement.

This is the best way to buy something modern up-to-date without having a shell out a whole bunch of cash that you don’t have but every paycheck certain amount every two weeks and sooner or later it’ll be yours. I love this.

I’m disappointed in the whole experience to be honest. I don’t necessarily think it’s Leaseville’s fault but because of what FedEx put on my tracking, nothing can be done until a police report is filed. So here I am a week since my package was supposed to be delivered and I still have no product. FedEx says they can’t locate the package. Leaseville can’t do anything until the police report is received (understandable) but even the police department hasn’t even done anything so I’m out over *** already and still scheduled to start paying soon. If I could give different starts on different sections I would do 5 out of 5 on communication but that’s it. I JUST WANT THE ITEM IM GOING TO BE PAYING ON!

I received my laptop and there was a defect with the operating system. I had to return it. I was told it would be replaced but I shall see.

Leaseville is great way to get items you really want without having to pay everything at once! Yes the items are a little bit more expensive than buying from say Amazon but you get the benefit of paying over time! I haven’t had any problem with receiving the goods I order and they give you the option to pay with recurring interesting within 100 days! Honestly worth using there services especially during the holiday when money may be tight! Your income determines the amount your approved for ! Customer service is really helpful! I would say it would help if they could add items that aren’t just on Amazon! Like items from other companies that would make Leaseville impossible to compete with! But other than that 5 stars for sure!

Leaseville has great products and awesome customer service support. I had a few “issues” (self inflicted) with my order and ended up changing and returning twice. It was resolved quickly and without hesitation. I would recommend Leaseville.

Product add group needs to improve. I've requested the same item to be added numerous times, yet have never received a reply, nor has product been added.

Consistency, coordination and proper communication among everyone handling orders and accounts. Such a terrible experience! And the person answering our follow up of inquiries was nothing but RUDE.
